Develop strategic communications program for an organization with colleagues and over 100 care sites in Alaska, Idaho and Utah. This includes internal and executive communications, public relations strategies, curating and amplifying positive impact narratives, overseeing online reputation and media monitoring, and leading a team of 10 locally based communciations and PR professionals. I also coordinate with enterprise PR and communications leaders to ensure alignment, and maintain relationships with leadership teams at the 11 hospitals in our 3-state region and within division support teams. I personally craft compelling communications on behalf of senior division leaders, and assist as necessary with the creation of hospital assets, including written communications, videos, social graphics and more, always adhering to overarching brand guidelines. I am primarily responsible for canonizing our positive messages, and create the Annual Impact Report each year as well as other key message documents for leaders at all level.
