I’m a senior digital, technology, and eCommerce leader with 25+ years of experience delivering complex, global digital initiatives for top consumer brands.I built my career through hands-on roles in digital and technology project management, developing technical fluency and delivery expertise early, and growing from execution-focused roles into senior leadership positions. That foundation shapes how I lead today – grounded in practical experience, disciplined program management, and a deep understanding of how complex digital systems operate. I focus on building high-performing teams through mentorship and trust, empowering people to grow while delivering ambitious, enterprise-scale programs.I currently lead digital delivery for Crocs Inc\'s global eCommerce ecosystem across North America, Europe, and Asia. My scope spans consumer-facing websites, mobile apps, marketplaces, and the backend infrastructure that enables international growth and seamless customer experiences.I’ve led distributed, cross-functional teams delivering digital initiatives for brands including Crocs, Toyota, Starbucks, and DIRECTV.
