As a Technical Architect at Hitachi Solutions Canada, I lead the design and development of custom solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects. I have experience in a wide range of technologies, such as C#.NET, JavaScript, SSIS, Azure Functions, and Power Pages. I also hold Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) credentials, which demonstrate my expertise and passion for sharing knowledge and best practices in the Microsoft ecosystem.Before joining Hitachi Solutions in November 2021, I worked as a CRM Architect and a Senior Developer at 3Shape, a global leader in 3D scanning and software solutions for the dental industry. There, I was responsible for integrating and synchronizing Dynamics 365 with other systems, creating and customizing web resources, reports, plugins, and workflows, and using Power Apps and Flow to extend Dynamics 365 functionality. I successfully delivered multiple projects that improved customer satisfaction, user retention, and business efficiency. I also have a Master\'s degree in System Analysis and Management from the National Technical University of Ukraine \'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute\', where I learned the principles and methods of designing and managing complex systems.
