Analyzing data for migration and document workflows to assure successful implementation of acquired companies databases records into NetSuite. Establish set training standards and guides to make sure all NetSuite users are trained prior to each NetSuite go-live date. Build repeatable NetSuite implementation processes that can support the continuous growth of our acquired companies. Support and promote the adoption of NetSuite while managing our software developers and implementation partners. Lead the efforts by motivating the project team. Provide the steering committee with accurate reports and forecasts, identify problems and risks as early as possible and resolve or escalate to the committee. On a regular basis complete a summary report on the overall status and project budget. • Manage to project budgets and report status on a regular basis
