Dan Carroll is an entrepreneur and technology thought leader. He is the Co-Founder of The & Company, which seeks to bend technology toward people by giving them control over their identity and data. He is the Co-Founder of Addi, empowering small businesses to take control of their brand. Dan is the Co-Founder and Board Chair of The Way Home, a non-profit platform dedicated to ending the housing crisis in Kansas City by empowering those leading the change through capital, communication and coordination. He is the Founder and Board Chair of AdPredictive, which powers intelligent marketing and media solution for enterprise companies.Dan previously worked as an SVP of Media and Investment Strategy at Omnicom and served on the Leadership Council of the Ad Council. Dan graduated from St. Olaf College and studied design at Stanford University.Dan invests in moon-shot start-ups through his fund, Rocket Fuel Partners. Through numerous non-profit efforts, he is dedicated to the issues of poverty, homelessness, and affordable housing.
