Retired U.S. Navy SEAL with 17 years of service, including multiple combat deployments as a Military Working Dog (MWD) handler with SEAL Team One. I transitioned from tactical operations to technology, earning a bachelor’s degree in computer science from California State University, Monterey Bay (CSUMB), where my war dog Malikai attended every class by my side.Today, I’m a Salesforce Professional at Regal Rexnord, leading global initiatives in Salesforce Voice and AWS IVR systems for customer service operations. I hold multiple Salesforce certifications, including Service Cloud Consultant, Sharing and Visibility Architect, Advanced Datorama Specialist, and Integration Architect.Beyond tech, I’m a passionate advocate for veterans and military working dogs. I volunteer with organizations supporting K9 retirement and veteran reintegration, and I speak publicly about the enduring bond between handlers and their dogs.
