I am the founder of Breath Mastery and one of the world’s leading experts in breathwork and human performance. For more than five decades, I’ve taught conscious breathing to people in over 75 countries — including executives, elite athletes, military units, health professionals, and more than students worldwide.My approach blends classical disciplines such as Prana Yoga, Qigong, and Rebirthing Breathwork with modern psychology, neuroscience, and performance science. This integration creates practical, accessible tools that help individuals and organizations reduce stress, improve focus, regulate emotions, and strengthen leadership capacity.I am the author of “Just Breathe: Mastering Breathwork” (Simon & Schuster, foreword by Tony Robbins), translated into multiple languages and recognized globally as a foundational text in modern breathwork.In addition to my international teaching work, I direct the Baja BioSana Training & Retreat Center in Los Cabos and lead The Breath Fest, an annual global gathering dedicated to breath awareness, learning, and human potential.Today, I help organizations, teams, and leaders integrate breathwork into peak performance, emotional resilience, and wellness programs, bringing breath-based tools into modern workplaces and high-performance environments.
