My job has changed considerably over the years as I\'ve taken on more scope as an engineer, then manager, and now senior leader. I find great satisfaction in supporting those around me, helping my teams deliver high-quality value to our customers, and guiding my employees to develop their strengths, passions, and growth areas so that they can continuously improve and advance their careers.I love creating ways to ingest, organize, and present data in useful and engaging ways. I eagerly look for opportunities to create new tools that I can use to improve on existing processes, and I always try to generalize my creations and share them with my peers. I also love writing high-quality comprehensive documents and helping others do the same.I have a high quality bar for everything I do, whether it be writing a simple email or an extensive planning document, generating a PI Plan or program tracker, or merely giving a status report or opinion in a meeting. I aim to be consistently well-rounded, considerate, clear, and succinct, and I try to inspire others to do the same.
