Ingenuity. Relationships. Expertise.I have been a part of Canada’s leading commercial real estate financing team for the past 3.5 years. During this tenure working with Peter Cook, our team originated close to $2 billion in loans. First National Financial is Canada\'s largest non-bank lender, originating, underwriting and servicing both residential and commercial mortgages. As the number one lender of CMHC commercial mortgages, First National currently has more than $80 billion in mortgages under administration.My goals are to always put clients in the right position to grow their portfolios and find the quickest way to the solution. Achieving those goals takes dedication, hard work and sometimes, complex problem solving behind the scenes. It’s the seemingly most challenging situations that create the most exciting opportunities to blaze new trails for financing precedents.
