Dan is a decorative concrete contractor with substantial experience in Architectural polished concrete floors. Dan is the Former President and founder of ModernCrete Concrete Design, LLC whose headquarters are in Austin, Texas. Dan currently serves as COO for the company. ModernCrete professionals are experts at transforming ordinary concrete slabs into beautiful, long-lasting concrete floors. ModernCrete specializes in the retail concrete flooring market but the company also services industrial, educational, and other commercial spaces. Dan is also a founding member of RPM - Retail Polishing Management a national concrete polishing network of fellow owners serving the entire United States to include Hawaii and Alaska as well as Canada and Puerto Rico.In 2015, ModernCrete became the Patterned Concrete Industries franchisee for all of Central Texas. Patterned Concrete of Austin was established in 1989 and installs gorgeous stamped concrete finishes on residential and commercial spaces throughout Central Texas. Specialties: Diamond polished concrete, concrete grinding, polished overlays and resurfacing, acid stained and dyed concrete, high performance coatings such as epoxy and polyurethane, surface preparation, and moisture mitigation, underlayments, stamped and imprinted concrete.
