Strategy - carbon reduction roadmap- Built and led MM’s decarbonisation strategy anchored to an SBTi-compliant target- Co-developed the corporate energy strategy, including solar and wind modelling to inform £5m of CapEx decisions, directly supporting our transition to renewable energy. Developed Excel & Power BI Tools to- Deliver SECR carbon disclosures instantly and accurately- Model MM’s glidepath to Net Zero, enabling tracking of progress toward targets- Evaluate Scope 3 target feasibility through supplier and freight mode changes- Track site-level utility usage to identify high-impact reduction opportunities. Data Management & Systems- Integrated carbon metrics into supplier scorecards, strengthening ESG performance monitoring across our supply base- Worked with ERP integration team to embed ESG functionality, ensuring corporate systems are fit to report and accelerate decarbonisation progress.
