I am currently working as a business analyst within our Digital team, responsible for our online customer offering through web self service (both retail and operational) and also our internal call centre management portal for customers. My role involves working within the SAFe Agile framework, liaising with both the programme team and business stakeholders to understand and break down epics and features to story level in order for our scrum team to be able to deliver and test the outputs.My main deliverables have been:* Suite of online application forms for Developer Services customers* Capability to report a problem online including job creation and appointment booking, needing no human intervention* Platform upgrades for AEM, Coral, Karaf, Pay360* Creation of water efficiency service online* Rebuild of find a plumber database and UI* Creation of online service for applying for a meter and meter maintenance activities* Update to cookie policy functionality* Support Cloud migration activities
