Site supervisor for industrial construction projects located within the food manufacturing industry. Managed multi-trade contractors to complete installation of equipment and infrastructure on budget and on schedule. Provided on-site time sensitive engineering decisions in order to meet installation criteria without interrupting manufacturing downtime. Oversaw multiple projects with varying scopes of construction / installation activities which required managing different contractors, vendors, and stakeholders. Simultaneously managed multiple teams and installations occurring within the same dates. Held and led meetings involving various stakeholders including Site Engineering Team, Maintenance, Production, Sanitation, and Quality Control. Ensured safety compliance of construction projects, including managing training for all contractors and other site visitors. Ensured GMP compliance for food safety during construction. Worked with client sanitation and quality teams to ensure key practices for food safety were followed. Made design recommendations on project deliverables for physical equipment and infrastructure along with method of installation based on hygienic design principles and ease of installation.
