I love those \"light-bulb\" moments—whether it’s coaching someone on a new skill, breaking down a complex topic, or swapping travel tips. That passion for helping people learn and succeed has shaped my career in training and enablement.Throughout my journey, I’ve built engaging, approachable learning experiences that make complex concepts easy to grasp. At Clio, one of my proudest accomplishments was designing and delivering the first modular training program for Customer Success, which has helped 400+ new hires (and supported many in cross-functional skill development) since 2019. I’ve also worked closely with BizOps, RevOps, Sales, and CS teams to create high-impact onboarding programs, deliver technical training, accelerate talent development, and streamline knowledge management using KCS methodology.For me, learning isn’t just about knowledge transfer—it’s about fostering a sense of community, camaraderie, and making work more enjoyable.
