As a dynamic and accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience, I\'ve dedicated my career to the pursuit of excellence in diversity, equity, and inclusion. I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Social Justice Education with a specific focus on gender inclusivity in federal workplaces across Canada. I bring a unique blend of academic rigor and real-world expertise to the table. My journey has been marked by groundbreaking initiatives, including designing alternative curriculum for at-risk youth, empowering to reclaim their social belonging within their education system (2017) and developing Canada\'s first Building Condition Assessment Tool for Gender Inclusivity (BGIS, 20••••23 Finalist- CoreNet REmmy Awards, ERG Leadership Award in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: Pioneering Canada\'s First Building Condition Assessment tool for Gender Inclusivity. Doctoral student in Social Justice Education whose research is committed to advancing diversity, equity & inclusion in the workplace. 2019 Winner, CMHC Award for Excellence in Innovation OCT licensed teacher who has led groundbreaking research on the positive outcomes of alternative education on mental health and social belonging for at-risk youth.
