With over 30 years of experience in business and technology consulting, I work closely with our clients to help them understand new technologies and opportunities so that they may implement the IT strategies necessary to achieve a competitive advantage. I have assisted government and worldwide Fortune 500 organizations, saving them millions of dollars by helping optimize their current and future investments in technology. Over three decades, I have run many projects for large firms to objectively guide and educate them as to their best options in both business process and IT infrastructure, choosing new architecture and creating migration strategies to help them clean up their current environments and move to a streamlined, more cost-effective process. The best part is the fact that my team and I are able to determine the approach, estimate the cost and know the likelihood of the outcome before the project gets funded or begins.
