Key Establish and continually improve project management governance, framework and supporting artifacts according to capability maturity model to deliver initiatives in a scalable, predictable manner and further the discipline within the organization. Facilitate monthly portfolio review with cross functional business leaders to review, prioritize, and align project management resources. Optimized strategic planning process for new products and services go to market launches which improved project delivery and benefit realization for an $800M+ department. Co-led team of thought leaders to establish a program office and corresponding centers of excellence for managing interdependencies across company-wide strategic initiative. Led workstream with a budget of 6.5M and core team of 15 focused on growth and productivity.
