Global Retirement Strategies was established to set up and provide third party record keeping and administrative services for individual(k) and defined contribution 401(k) retirement plans for small to mid size employers. Through Global Retirement Strategies I provide my clients with profit sharing plan documents which have been pre-approved by the IRS and are supported by an IRS approval letter as a form of reliance. The plan is available to owner\'s of small businesses who currently do not have any statutory employees. I provide the administration and record keeping for these plans as well as accommodate restatement documentation when applicable.

We are in business to provide our clients with asset and liability record keeping and administration of their retirement plan. This is our only business. We purposely do not sell or endorse any product to our clients. We are not an investment brokerage firm or investment advisors. We do not provide tax, legal, or investment advice. We leave those services to the professionals in those fields. We believe that a plan is not truly self-directed if products of any type are sold by an IRA plan trustee, custodian, or administrator; as this may result in a conflict of interest.
