Responsible for reviewing claims data, and analyzing the risks involved to produce meaningful reports for the Risk Management team. Assists with the review of Workers\' Compensation and auto losses and trending the data through detailed analysis. Uses analytical skills to assist with mitigating potential losses, and helping drive safety initiatives throughout the organization. Run, review, and build reports in ESIS/GRA and other Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS) Support the Risk Management group in the analysis and issuance of insurance certificates. Provide support in the allocation of insurance premiums, legal, and claims invoices. Drive Care Risk Manager Compliance and review monthly reporting. Assist in the collection of underwriting data for the annual insurance renewals. Work with the Safety team as it relates to various outside auditing companies, analyzing compliance for customers. Support the safety team with compliance reporting for Near Miss Accident Investigations, and Safety Checklist.
