   Managed large implementation project integrating INL’s internal time billing system, Oracle HCM time and labor (OTL), Oracle HCM payroll, and costing systems. Scrum Master for the INL analytics team. Worked with stakeholders to transform data into strategic insights utilizing Microsoft Power Apps (Power BI, Power Automate), pulling data from multiple databases. Analyzed current processes and relevant data to build best practices and improve decision-making in accounting and procurement modules. Principal Consultant via Sheffield Scientific (Jan 2022 – Dec 2023) Conducted analysis and implemented changes for business optimization on established organizational processes in the customer warehouse. Communicated and executed changes on operationalized software/integrations with cross-functional teams. Built requirements and identified technology solutions to drive effective and transparent customer experience utilizing ServiceNow ITMS software for the business systems support team. Technical lead in the warehouse modernization project to implement barcoding and vertical lifts (VLM).
