Since 2008, I have been the owner of an award-winning small business focusing on personal wellness, spiritual development, and life coaching. I work primarily with women who are facing the joys and challenges of moving through the years and rites of passage associated with actively building an “adult” life, and later shifting into the more experienced, deepening wisdom phase of life. Women are under tremendous pressure to get it right, to lean in, to do and be all things to their careers, relationships and families. We are not meant to do this without support and guidance. If you are feeling stuck, out of balance, struggling with your well-being, yearning for a deeper spiritual life, or need help resetting your inner compass, I am here to help through my unique offerings of traditional Japanese Reiki healing, energy medicine, spiritual coaching, and intuitive guidance. I offer my healing and coaching services in-person in the metro Atlanta area, and also work via distance (remotely.)
