ABOUT DANA KRAVCHICK

I hold a doctoral degree in Neuroscience and am deeply interested in student learning. I was previously a scientist at Bristol-Myers Squibb and SanBio, as well as a Research Fellow at the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH). Over the past three years, I’ve transitioned from my full-time role as a Neuroscientist in biotech to pursue my passion for education as a founder and CEO.As the founder of Wavio, an edtech company, our team developed software to supports self-paced, mastery-based learning —we call it Wavio Pulse. As I drive product design and development, manage sales and hiring, and secure awards to support the company, my mission remains clear: to create accessible, user-friendly, and affordable technological solutions that empower educators to transition seamlessly to student-centered learning models, regardless of their classroom size or budget.I firmly believe in the boundless potential of every individual to shape a better world. It is my dream to enhance students\' agency over their learning by providing their schools and their families with the best tools available.
