ABOUT DANA GHAZI
Dana is a manager for employee resource groups at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU), where she leads and supports the development and implementation of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives, education, and trainings. She has over 10 years of experience working with underserved communities in the Portland metro area and internationally, as a scholar, practitioner, and advocate.Dana holds a master\'s degree in international and intercultural conflict resolution from Portland State University, and a graduate certificate in post-conflict transition and international justice from the International Peace and Security Institute. She is passionate about healing communities affected by generational trauma and displacement and creating preventive measures for conflict through peace-building practices.
