Assist management team with show day prep and facilitation of on-site sponsored activities during the show. Photograph sponsor activations and/or signage, as well as crowd photos with sponsorship advertisements on stage screens. Ensure sponsorship item/signage placement and visibility. As needed, assist with sponsor activation including site prep, placement, and support (i.e, point of contact). Complete pre-show prep and provide access wristbands for guests. Set-up and tear-down as needed. Provide detailed post-show feedback.
