   DoD Office of Commercial and Economic Analysis (OCEA) Systems Engineering and Technical Analysis (SETA) advisor focused on Aviation, its associated supply chain, and enabling technologies such as next-generation composites, advanced manufacturing, unmanned aerial systems, advanced power storage systems, and artificial intelligence. Occasionally advise the National Security Council (NSA), the Office of the US Trade Representative (USTR), the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and the Department of Commerce on Aviation-related policy and investment. Co-founder and Co-leader of a joint USAF-NASA Advanced Air Mobility Supply Chain Working Group with over 400 industry participants. Frequent speaker at major Aviation industry events. Actively engage venture and strategic investors to understand the emerging technology state-of-play. Monitor foreign investment activity and develop leads for Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) covered transactions. Maintain relationships with the “CFIUS Bar,” Legislative Branch, media, and other actors in the CFIUS ecosystem to help prevent nefarious foreign investment in the Defense Industrial Base (DIB).
