Having worked in 3 continents, from Africa to Asia - I believe every aspect of the 21st century employee should be monitored and developed in a productive and mutually beneficial way. This way, employers get the most out of their employees. When I’m not on the job, I love learning new languages - as I already speak four fluently and playing the cello.
