About Dana Crenshaw
20 years military service; retired Major USAR, Medical Service Corps. Treatment Platoon Leader in a medical company in the 2nd Armored Division: administrative responsibility for one of the division\'s Troop Medical Clinics (TMC) which provided routine medical care; very similar to a walk in clinic. Responsible for the rotational staffing of the clinic with soldiers from my platoon as well as all required military and field medical training for personnel within the clinic. Administrative Assistant to the 2nd Armored Division Surgeon: responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of the yearly Expert Field Medic Badge (EFMB) testing, a week long rigorous field test designed to push soldiers to extreme levels of fatigue and harsh conditions while testing them in field medical skills, first aid and CPR, triage, medical evacuation, military skills, Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical warfare, land navigation, physical training, and field communication. Adjutant/S1 (Personnel Officer) to the 21st Evacuation Hospital. responsible for a Personnel Action Center (PAC) that serviced all field hospital personnel. Liason between the field hospital commander and nurses and physicians who were assigned to Darnall Army Hospital but would be assigned to the 21st Evac if deployed; this included the responsibility for all field medical training for the hospital staff. Military Technician Operation and Training Specialist for the Regional Training Site - Medical at Ft. Chaffee, AR. taught Doctrine and Tactics to Military Hospital Commanders and Staffs. Instructed units in Deployable Medical Systems; allowing them to construct up to 540 bed field hospitals.20 years civilian sector HR experience all at manager level.Specialties: Recruiting, employment law, complaint investigation, conflict resolution, policy writing, personnel management, wage and benefit administration, public speaking, training, and federal contractor compliance.
