Hi, I\'m Dana! I’m a designer and researcher with over five years of experience designing inclusive, user-centered digital products and ten years experience in program management. I help teams solve meaningful problems through thoughtful design, user research, and collaboration. I’ve worked across global health, education, and nonprofit spaces, creating digital products that are not only usable but impactful. What I do- UX Research and Strategy: I plan and lead research to uncover what users actually need and then turn those insights into direction- Mobile and Web Design: From sketching to prototyping, I design responsive and intuitive interfaces for desktop and mobile devices- Digital Accessibility: I advocate for inclusive design and building experiences that align with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), enabling more people to use them- Design Systems: I bring order to chaos with scalable systems and consistent UI patterns- Cross-Functional Collaboration: I enjoy collaborating to translate user and business needs into experiences that work. Fun facts about me- My journey into UX began when I met an art director in an improv class. She mentored me and introduced me to the field. Talk about a \"yes, and\" moment! 🧭 - I’m an artist with a soft spot for spooky movies and dramatic storytelling- I melt every time I see a cute animal (seriously, it’s a problem)- I daydream about being great at choreographed dancing, despite having no coordination- I’m happiest when learning something new, walking long distances with a good playlist, or curled up with a book and a blanket.
