   Responsibilities: In this job role, I establish measurement and evaluation tools to assess growth, productivity, and team effectiveness to meet key performance indicators (KPIs). I engineer transformative events and workshops to meticulously scope and oversee all hours, budget, and resources. I ramp new strategic business unit, building equity-focused relationships with senior leaders, staff within learning and development, operations, IT, and external partners. Key Achievements: • Developed, executed, and assessed the district’s first-ever program targeting generational poverty, and formalized learning curriculum in partnership with USDA and Texas Health and Human Services Corp to increase occupational participation for underserved students at low-performing high schools, resulting in $1.25M capital infusion into communities. • Implemented and managed planning and execution of Pathways in Technology Early College High School (P-Tech) programs for 10 HISD high schools, enabling underserved students to enter global marketplace work-ready. • Canalized all forward-facing initiatives for district, lead cross-functional teams, and manage $1.1M budget to execute high-growth, experiential learning opportunities for end users. • Delivered social and emotional intelligence (SEI) training to 557 mid-level managers by increasing performance and employee retention, resulting in 92% employee satisfaction rating. • Pioneered delivery of brain-based education trainings across 108 business units to accomplish 252% improvement in industry recognized certifications from 700 to 2700+ in 1 year. • Devised and established recruiting and hiring strategies to attract employees from diverse backgrounds to complement the 98 languages spoken throughout organization. • Initiated investigation on gender equity gaps among BIPOC females in STEM/Engineering programs to secure grant from Schlumberger.
