Assignments include:#2 Executive on the largest Consent Order in the history of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) with over 800 consultants, 8 locations, and 3 work streams. Turned around two large operating teams to ramp production 2X+ while maintaining primary role. This project resulted in a $10 billion settlement with the largest banks in the United States. Planned, organized and led the post-closing receiverships of multiple failed banks for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). Interim management role in Top 15 financial institution undergoing organizational development and culture change. Turned around 2 high profile loss mitigation work streams and structured a 6-sigma compatible process within a high volume shared services environment.
