Learning Experience Design- Customized Learning Journeys: I tailor educational experiences to meet specific audience and organizational goals- Tool and Toolkit Creation: I develop facilitation tools and kits for optimal engagement, enhancing the learning outcomes and participant engagement- Keynote Crafting: I craft keynotes for various DSA events (community gatherings, innovation events, webinars, and conferences). ‍ Teaching and Facilitation- Expert Instruction: Deliver Design Sprint and Advanced Facilitation courses to diverse audiences- Hands-On Facilitation: I lead problem framing and design sprint workshops. Consultancy and Strategy- Groundwork Execution: I conduct thorough groundwork including research and interviews to set the stage for impactful workshops. This encompasses qualitative research, data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and team onboarding, ensuring a foundation for informed decision-making- Custom Workshop Design: I design workshop sessions tailored to address specific challenges and objectives, with a focus on bespoke problem-framing and strategic innovation.
