I am a Managing Director in Stout\'s Disputes, Claims and Investigations practice and I co-lead Stout\'s Intellectual Property Disputes & Valuations Practice. I have 30 years of experience providing complex litigation consulting services calculating and testifying to the damages in intellectual property (patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret) and complex commercial disputes including employment litigation. I have testified as an expert witness in bench and jury trials in state and federal courts in the United States including the District of Delaware, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, District of New Jersey, Northern District of Illinois, Middle District of Florida, Middle District of Pennsylvania, and Western Division of Virginia. She has also testified in the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware, and Superior Court of the State of Delaware.In litigation matters, I evaluate and prepare economic damages including the projection of lost profits and reasonable royalty damages and assess incremental costs and cost allocation issues. My forensic accounting experience includes assisting clients in post-acquisition disputes, fraud and forensic accounting investigations, insurance claims and disputes, and contract compliance examinations (royalty audits). I consult with clients in many sectors, including software; pharmaceutical; biotechnology, medical device; manufacturing; high technology; financial services; media, entertainment, and communications; health care; insurance brokerages, insurance, and services, among others.In addition to my testimony experience in legal matters before the court, I represent clients in Alternative Dispute Resolution (arbitration) proceedings and insurance claims negotiations and have significant experience in post-merger and acquisition (working capital and purchase price) disputes.A frequent speaker, I have presented a range of forensic accounting and litigation topics to various professional organizations. I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and am Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF). I have been named in the IAM Patent The World\'s Leading Patent Professionals several years in a row.
