Gundalow Gourmet was founded in 2011 (originally named Nutreatious) with one goal: simplify the healthy life in the most delicious way. Our founder, Dana Sicko, started as a personal chef in one client\'s kitchen and the company has no grown throughout the Mid-Atlantic region offering personal chef services, as well as fresh and delicious catering, thanks to an incredibly talented and customer service focused group of chefs. The goal of the personal chef services is to allow individuals and families to spend more time with the ones they love, doing what they love rather than doing the meal planning, grocery shopping, cooking, and then the dishes after. The team is able to cook for gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, carnivores, sugar-free, dairy-free, keto, and most other dietary lifestyles that clients request. The goal of Gundalow Gourmet catering services is for the host to actually get to enjoy their event and hopefully, the first cocktail of the night. The catering team is able to arrange a beautiful menu made with fresh and delicious foods. Fantastic servers and rentals can also be handled by the catering team. Currently operated out of the BMore Kitchen shared kitchen in Baltimore, MD, Gundalow is able to serve Maryland and Washington, DC. Gundalow Gourmet is also currently expanding to the New England Seacoast region of Massachussetts, Maine, and New Hampshire.
