    Develop portfolio strategy, multi-year programs, and processes for acquiring Google’s data center assets (land, power, water, wastewater, network) faster, cheaper, and smarter for the business. Exec presentations. Create biweekly, high-impact, data-driven presentations to Cloud leadership (SVPs/VPs) on data center supply, demand forecasting, and acquisition strategies, to enable informed, multi-billion dollar investment decisions. Risk visibility and analysis. Establish a robust risk management framework, including risk rubrics and acceptance levels, to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks in data center acquisitions. Lead development of risk register dashboards for enhanced visibility and informed decision-making. Budgeting. Define key budget data fields for tracking $XB annual global development projects, and establish a cross-functional process for annual budget forecasting, tracking, and approving. Produce quarterly executive-level reports for streamlined reviews of the team’s budget performance. Database creation. Direct data & analytics engineers and program managers in developing a global database of our data center and infrastructure (primarily water, wastewater, power), transforming leadership’s ability to make multi-billion dollar decisions on growing our data center portfolio via data-driven metrics. Cross-functional coordination. Lead and operationalize cross-functional programs across external and internal engineering teams, network, energy supply, and legal, resulting in reduced overall project durations, reduced risk, and improved comms. Sustainability Reporting. Establish Google’s first-ever Sustainability Reporting Requirement and reporting template for 3rd party data centers, creating a new, streamlined system for 3rd parties to report on various sustainability metrics to Google, including annual carbon emission reporting.
