ABOUT DANA NOVE

As a Behavior Consultant to individuals with developmental disabilities and a Registered Behavior Therapist in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), I am dedicated to supporting meaningful growth in children and adults with autism and related needs. I apply evidence based strategies and data driven decision making to create measurable improvements in communication, social interaction, and adaptive functioning.In my role as a Behavior Consultant, I conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs), develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and provide clinical oversight to support treatment fidelity. I collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to design interventions that are person centered and effective across a variety of settings.As a Registered BehaviorTherapist, I support the assessment and implementation of behavior intervention plans through direct and indirect services. My responsibilities include collecting and analyzing behavioral data, assisting with treatment planning, and supporting consistent implementation of individualized programs under clinical supervision. I am committed to maintaining high standards of ethical and compassionate care while promoting skill acquisition and reducing barriers to learning.My work continues to be driven by a deep passion for helping each individual reach their fullest potential and achieve lasting, meaningful change beyond the therapy environment.
