With 30+ years of experience in this space and having led Human Capital Strategy and Company Culture, I’m excited to take on new clients to help navigate the challenges of today’s leaders, while creating both a positive workplace culture and opportunities for professional and personal growth. I especially thrive coaching CEOs, senior business leaders and those leading the people function (CPOs/CHROs). My greatest strengths are crystalizing insights into what drives behavior and communication - not only my ability to effectively communicate but also helping others recognize how to flex their communication style. I offer guidance and tactics to elevate communication and overall performance.Additionally, I’m available as a strategic advisor to support organizations by understanding business objectives, analyzing current processes ranging from decision making to effective meetings, and company culture, and devising detailed strategies to address high impact areas for improvement and growth. I advise how to build a culture where people are a strategic priority that starts with guiding principles carried through all people functions from recruiting, retention, succession and smooth exits, and help identify the types of roles needed to create highly effective teams. I believe equally in the importance of the overall vision, the actions needed to get there, and effective communication to ensure the entire team has a strong grasp and buy-in for the strategy going forward.
