Seasoned Global Account Director and Executive Producer managing all facets of production from development,casting, content creation, talent management, field and post. I excel at running story on marketing campaigns, reality TV, factual entertainment, and docu-series, whether they end up on traditional TV, SVOD, Digital or Social platforms.After 20 years of working on some of the most well-known or award-winning international productions, I took that crazy leap of faith to start my own global casting and user generated content creation agency,@saltandlimemedia in 2017. I am honored to say that 8 years later, I still have an incredible team of multi-lingual researchers, casting directors, talent managers, story producers and editors; and Salt and Lime has kept its core hubs based in 4 of the world\'s biggest markets - North America, South America, Uk/Europe and Asia-Pacific.I feel that I am a unique production executive because of my breadth of experience over 2 decades in the industry, but I also come with a trusted global network of connections due to working in so many different countries including USA, Canada, Latin America, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, UK and Europe. I have also been lucky to have two successful careers in my life - my first real job after university was working in Investor Relations at the Australian Stock Exchange. I told stories to people about the share market, about investors and about stockbrokers. This led to me working at a Tech PR Agency in Silicon Valley, California where my clients were enterepreneurs looking to build their brands. Then I moved on to the global Investment Bank, Salomon Smith Barney, working in 3 of their offices: SFO, LON and NYC. I even helped with the development of multi-million dollar funding pitches for several big name tech media floats before any of us even knew what tech media was! Eventually that led to me becoming a finance journalist and then a nigthtly news reporter and well, I quickly realized I was in love with telling real people\'s stories to the world. Fast forward another 20 years now and on reflection, all the work I adored doing in both of my careers is still the same - I love to practice the art of good storytelling.

I strategize and manage all global projects, productions, campaigns, bids, scopes, schedules, budgets; and ensure all of our services and deliverables come from my talent & creator teams as agreed upon, no matter where in the world they are based. I set up each project\'s bespoke bilingual team and ensure all the phases from pre-planning to post-production run smoothly for our creative agency, production company, network, and global brand partners.
