Under this contract, I recruit Engineers, Scientists, and Professionals at 6 levels, ranging from BA/BS degrees with 2 years of experience to MS degrees with 10-20 years of experience, with and without security clearances. I also sources and recruits positions ranging from ES & H Field Support to Nuclear Safety Engineers in support of GEM’s Labor Support Services Contract with FBP. My responsibilities include analyzing position requirements, sourcing qualified candidates, screening and interviewing candidates, negotiating pay rates, communicating benefit packages, and ensuring that the hiring process for each candidate is as seamless as possible.
