Is responsible for the tactical execution, oversees the management of the Physician Issue Resolution program, is responsible for serving as a conduit for senior leadership and liaisons for issue resolution and the coordination of customer service with physicians, liaisons and hospital leadership. Develops processes, policies and procedure, provide training for staff and; work with leadership to continue to customize, measure, track and report on physician issue resolution, retention and liaison efforts.
