As Senior Director of K–4 Literacy at BRICK Education Network, I lead network-wide instructional strategy, curriculum design, and professional learning grounded in the Science of Reading—delivering measurable gains in reading proficiency for all students, including multilingual learners and students with disabilities. My leadership spans multiple states (NJ, NY, GA) and includes a proven track record of scaling academic programs, coaching instructional leaders, and designing K–12 systems that accelerate student outcomes.
