About Dana Kuffa
Based in the Philadelphia Area, I am a development and communication professional dedicated to supporting non-profits and social impact-based small businesses. Currently, I work at NESsT, a 501c3 that invests in enterprises that create quality jobs for underserved communities while sustaining the planet. At NESsT, I work with key stakeholders, donors, and investors to support the sustainability of our operations in Latin America and Central Eastern Europe. I love working with this global team dedicated to making an impact.Despite working at a global level, I am particularly interested in being involved in my community at a local level. I am actively searching for volunteer opportunities in the Philadelphia area, specifically with community development and engagement. I am a proud alum Alpha Xi Delta, a national Panhellenic sorority, a past Rotary Youth Exchange Student in Santiago, Chile, and a returned Goldsmith\'s London study abroad student. These three experiences have helped shaped my passion for global connectedness and working together to create positive change.

Advanced to a broader, more strategic role supporting the Development Director and CEO/CIO in implementing NESsT’s global fundraising strategy. Contribute to donor stewardship from prospecting through renewal, including drafting grant proposals, developing high-impact fundraising materials, and preparing reports for banks, family offices, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals. Coordinate fundraising activities across six country offices, supervise an intern, and assist in setting annual fundraising targets. Maintain donor databases and reporting systems to track contributions, monitor progress, and inform strategy, helping strengthen NESsT’s global funding pipeline and deepen investor relationships.
