Recruitment Supervisor @Manitoba Hydro

I am responsible for leading Manitoba Hydro\'s Recruitment section and overseeing the recruitment function for the enterprise. I work collaboratively with line management and HR specialists to provide expert advice regarding attraction and recruitment services and developing strategic advertising/candidate sourcing to support business requirements. I lead the team responsible for overseeing major trades recruitments, professional recruitment programs, summer student recruitment, and recruitment support. With my educational background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, I also specialize in developing/consulting on employment testing and selection systems, conducting job analyses/validating minimum qualifications, and performing exit interviews.
