As a human resources leader and business partner, I’ve been creating and managing HR operations and programs for 12+ years. My efforts have increased organizational effectiveness, improved performance, and boosted engagement for Fortune 500 companies—including Lenovo, a multinational technology company with headquarters in China and the United States.Throughout my career, I have learned that people are at the heart of every successful business. Whether I am coaching executives, hiring top talent, or implementing benefits and compensation programs, I always bring a people-centric approach to my work. I partner with executives to determine the right direction for human resources initiatives, and develop solutions that engage leadership and inspire teams while advancing corporate priorities.In recent years, I’ve managed HR strategies and operations for several groups within Lenovo, including the global Cloud / Software business, global Industrial Design organization, North American Channel Sales, and the multibillion-dollar Commercial Sales operation.The technology industry is always changing. Together with executives and cross-functional teams, I have restructured teams, consolidated workforces, recruited and trained talent, facilitated leadership changes, and introduced efficiencies to keep pace with industry and market demands.
