   Reimagine, orchestrate and manage the content and delivery of the new hire orientation experience across Novant Health’s footprint for 100’s of new hires on a weekly basis maintaining an average satisfaction rate of 4.5 on a 5.0 scale.Coach geographically dispersed facilitators to deliver engaging content that folds in strategic priorities of well-being, belong and retention to properly welcome new hires and solidify their choice of Novant Health as their top employer.Identify and monitor metrics to determine the program effectiveness and outcomes including impact, team member readiness, applicability to role and technical support, when needed.Identify team member milestones and common roadblocks to create a career journey that supports and engages them from hire to retire.Partner with stakeholders of all levels team members (individual contributors to leadership) create impactful programs, courses and learning experiences that further our Cause, values and strategic imperatives.Facilitate engaging virtual and in person leadership, goal setting, professional development, orientation and any ad hoc training as needed.
