At Pfizer, I lead the promotion of innovative CGRP therapies — Zavzpret and Nurtec ODT — across Central Florida, working with Neurologists, Headache Specialists, and KOLs to expand patient access and adoption.I partner closely with Field Access Leads, HUB services, and Specialty Pharmacies to address coverage challenges including benefit verification, prior authorization, step edits, and appeals — reducing time-to-therapy and ensuring patients can start treatment without unnecessary delays.Using payer data, formulary updates, and Specialty Pharmacy insights, I design and execute targeted pull-through strategies that improve approval rates, minimize abandonment, and strengthen provider confidence. Collaboration is central to my work: I align with cross-functional partners in marketing, medical, and market access to ensure compliant, impactful engagements that support both patient care and business growth.I was also honored to be selected for Pfizer’s Field Access Mentorship Program (2024) — a competitive national program that enhanced my expertise in reimbursement and payer navigation — and have since been promoted to Health & Science Professional Level 4 in recognition of my performance and leadership.
