I am a senior global operations leader with over 20 years’ experience in eCommerce, CPG, and data-driven industries. I currently lead three global functions at Profitero, part of Publicis Groupe — Deployment, technical Data Operations, and Data Enrichment — building and scaling teams that deliver for clients in 70+ markets worldwide.Throughout my career I’ve built and scaled high-performing teams across multiple continents, driving transformation, operational excellence, and measurable business impact. I specialise in global deployment (large-scale project management), streamlining workflows, embedding governance, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver at scale. I regularly liaise and collaborate with C-level executives to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution.Passionate about innovation, I am completing an AI apprenticeship where I’ve already applied machine learning to deliver tangible results.I believe in empowering diverse teams, fostering cultural adaptability, building teams grounded in trust and openness, and promoting innovation alongside proactive self-initiative.
