As a leader of a thriving and growing non profit arts organization, I have maintained a demonstrated record of achievement in the arts and education space for program development, professional development for teachers, and overall management and operational support for educational programs.Throughout my career I have achieved multiple recognitions as being a thoughtful and creative leader who cares deeply about high student engagement and providing teachers with tangible and interpersonal tools in order to be effective and transformative. I possess deep experience in teacher training, curriculum development, lesson planning and program and instructional design.As a leader in education, I have participated in several committees driving decisions regarding arts education on the local, state and national stage. Through a dedication to high quality youth development programming and innovation, I have a consistent history of increasing revenue and expanding programming. I’m committed to delivering the interactive and engaging professional development and coaching to teachers and leaders, so underserved students have access to the tools to build their self-esteem and emotional intelligence—the two superpowers of every great leader.\"Dana\'s training is filled with strategically placed passion that provokes thought and motivates immediate action - while educating thoroughly on whatever topic she chooses to tackle.
