Strategic advisor on a national basis to large and mega-sized retirement plans -$2 billion to over $80 billion - of Fortune 500 companies and similar sized not-for-profit organizations with an emphasis on DC plans and DB plans as well as Non Qual plans and other investment pools (VEBAs, NDTs, etc.). Lead consultant since 2017 for a mega-sized DC plan client that won Plan Sponsor’s Plan Sponsor of the Year in 2023 and the DCIIA/P&I Excellence & Innovation Award in 2024. In addition to consulting role, also lead the firm’s 11-person Middle Market team focused on DC investment advisory services and Pooled Employer Plans (PEPs) for small and mid-sized corporate clients. Since 2022, the role has encompassed transitioning the team to Towers Watson Investment Services from a legacy BD/RIA, developing the go-to-market strategy (emphasis on cross selling) and building out the team and service model. Post transition, the team has consistently exceeded growth and margin targets with zero team turnover and high client retention.
