Retired from Marshalls PLC in Oct 2021 after 24 Years in Domestic supply of hard landscape products. Creating, developing and increasing revenue via e-Commerce platforms along with managing an internal sales team. My greatest achievement was building an online business and creating a valid route to market for our factory graded products, reaching £20m in sales and ultimately reducing waste, along with promoting the need to recycle. The great sense of achievement you get from taking an idea and building from nothing, watching something you have helped create, grow, knowing you have succeeded and more so knowing it doesn\'t end there.There\'s always more to be done. more to learn, share and always more to achieve.
