About Dana Blumberg
I’m a strategic and collaborative education leader looking to transition into a sales role. I know how schools function and want to use my expertise to sell! I have 15 years of experience guiding and supporting K-8 educators, parents and students. I have a proven track record of building relationships, advising and influencing key stakeholders and district leadership to improve student outcomes, engagement and to create a more inclusive learning environment for all.I am passionate about learning and education, and am interested in utilizing my strategic mindset, program and curriculum development, project management, tactical expertise and cross-functional teamwork skills to sell with a mission-driven organization focused upon improving education and learning for all, and making a greater impact through utilizing data, metrics and technology. Outside of work I’m a busy mom of two with a strong entrepreneurial spirit! I co-founded Red Thread Chicago which sells uniquely designed school apparel online to support local teachers. We donate a portion of every sale to non-profit organizations that provide educational support for children. Additionally, I spend time volunteering with Rainbows for All Children, to support youth dealing with healing and loss. I’ve advised the organization on outreach strategies and curriculum development and helped implement new programming.
